Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Bänknötarnas BK's Kurt Björk got control of the ball when Karl-Erik Bern tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bänknötarnas BK's Jesper Nordin got a free kick in the 26th minute. Kurt Björk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arne Bergman in the 27th minute. The FC Pink Panthers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Kanber should have stopped the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Sven Göransson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ahmet Kanber. Sven Göransson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. 76 minutes into the match, FC Pink Panthers's goalkeeper Ahmet Kanber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven Göransson. In the 77th minute, Kent Almkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arne Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FC Pink Panthers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Bergman couldn't finish the play. Gabriel Back hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Sven Göransson might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Kanber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven Göransson ran back to his position shaking his head. Kurt Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Åkerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bänknötarnas BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
