The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Waldemar Kiepski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Joga Bonito's zone, Elliott Högman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustav Mineja came out of the goal and Elliott Högman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Ivar Målare came free, but Gustav Mineja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Real Marijuana CF's Elliott Högman in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joga Bonito's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Högman came free, but Gustav Mineja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Mineja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Målare in the 18th minute of play. Joga Bonito's Gustav Mineja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Högman in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elliott Högman in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustav Mineja saved Joga Bonito from getting behind. After 24 minutes, Ivar Målare made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Joga Bonito's Gustav Mineja tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elliott Högman in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustav Mineja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Ivar Målare notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Joga Bonito's Gustav Mineja. Gustav Mineja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Real Marijuana CF's Romildo Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Real Marijuana CF from getting a goal against them. Joga Bonito's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kutlualp Sav in the 35th minute. With 38 minutes on the clock, Sven-Olof Svanström commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Joga Bonito:s Gustav Mineja showed great skill when he stopped Ivar Målare:s penalty. 41 minutes into the match, Real Marijuana CF's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Bajs came free, but Romildo Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Real Marijuana CF's Elliott Högman in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joga Bonito's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliott Högman in the 47th minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Gustav Mineja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthon Söderström to make the kick off. Gustav Mineja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Högman in the 51st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivar Målare kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustav Mineja. That made the score 0-3 in the 51 minute of play. Boris Bajs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romildo Buffon having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Elliott Högman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Mineja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Mineja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Målare in the 65th minute of play. Patrik Bredberg kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Elliott Högman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joga Bonito's Gustav Mineja was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Real Marijuana CF were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Joga Bonito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivar Målare took the corner. A collision led to Real Marijuana CF getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Elliott Högman hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Boris Bajs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romildo Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Although Joga Bonito had been in control for most of the match, Real Marijuana CF still came away with the win.
