Janne Oblak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Pierre Barda's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as John Kellbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joachim Karlsson. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. If Derek Cooke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, LeicestersKickers's John Kellbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joachim Karlsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as LeicestersKickers's Per-Åke Vedholm slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joachim Karlsson. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. Janne Oblak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Derek Cooke went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Janne Oblak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the match, LeicestersKickers's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pierre Barda came free, but Janne Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, LeicestersKickers's Per-Åke Vedholm got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Full Fart Framåt's Joachim Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Kellbom in the 46th minute of play.

Janne Oblak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luca Crespo in the 53rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Janne Oblak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Kiki Monginsidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janne Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Pierre Barda in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Macho Mann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Full Fart Framåt getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Christer Bolin hit a great ball. Full Fart Framåt's Kent Svanberg was substituted for Derek Cooke. Joachim Karlsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. John Kellbom scored 5-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joachim Karlsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, LeicestersKickers's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Henriksson came free, but Janne Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LeicestersKickers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
