The corner was taken by Kevin Wallengren in the 7th minute. Tom Häger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrik Vinström charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrik Vinström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of BK Stolpskott booed when Al-Tåga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Vinström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Tom Häger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Stolpskott's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Häger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eilif Heldrup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Häger, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Jarno Helin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven-Olof Berg charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Olof Berg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sven-Olof Berg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Häger in the 23rd minute of play forced Al-Tåga's goalkeeper Eilif Heldrup to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Tom Häger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eilif Heldrup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eilif Heldrup made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Fridlund in the 32nd minute of play. If Tom Häger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Sven-Olof Berg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Jarno Helin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Kim Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, John Karlstedt sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and BK Stolpskott's Augusto Kimetz didn't even have to move. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tom Häger to make the kick off. BK Stolpskott's Augusto Kimetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Samuelsson in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svante Fridlund got free with Eilif Heldrup in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Augusto Kimetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Gullesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Svante Fridlund came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the BK Stolpskott fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svante Fridlund couldn't finish the play. Henric Pihlwall charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henric Pihlwall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Al-Tåga's John Karlstedt got a free kick in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tom Häger got free with Eilif Heldrup in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Augusto Kimetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Gullesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulryk Kolacki hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes of play, Al-Tåga's Ola Tillman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Kimetz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kim Isaksson charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kim Isaksson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Al-Tåga booed when BK Stolpskott was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Isaksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the BK Stolpskott players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Al-Tåga.
