Sven-Olof Gummeson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Åström in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Tomas Hägert notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson. Sven-Olof Gummeson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Picado in the 8th minute of play. Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Gustafsson in the 12th minute of play. Sven-Åke Kjellbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Kihlberg in the 17th minute of play. Sven-Olof Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Picado, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Hemse RK's Sven-Åke Kjellbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Kihlberg in the 28th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Hemse RK's Oliver Åström made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven-Olof Gummeson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the game, Hemse RK's Rune Gustafsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 47 minutes Hemse RK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valdemar Hurtig who took care of the corner kick. Valdemar Hurtig made a great header on Mantorp's corner, it was just that Hemse RK's Sven-Åke Kjellbom managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernt Kihlberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Bernt Kihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Åke Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Bernt Kihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Åke Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Hemse RK's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Kihlberg came free, but Sven-Åke Kjellbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Åke Kjellbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Lundqvist in the 62nd minute of play. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Åström in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Henriksson in the 67th minute of play forced Hemse RK's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Kjellbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hemse RK were furious when Lirian Andonovski was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Hemse RK's Frans Smedfeldt was substituted for Andy Cane. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hemse RK! Tomas Hägert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Olof Gummeson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Hemse RK getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tomas Hägert hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes Hemse RK got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Hägert. If Sven-Edvin Henriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Gustafsson in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Gustafsson in the 91st minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hemse RK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
