Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's Eric Soned played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Snell in the 40th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Wetterqvist Boys BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by C.J. 张卫鹏 to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nickolai Nickerson to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nickolai Nickerson in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Åke Dahlqvist saved Wetterqvist Boys BK from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Snell came free, but Eric Soned reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
