After 11 played minutes Överås BK got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Fransson. In the 14th minute, Arvin Svanberg made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Vennerström. Överås BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 17 played minutes, Karen FC's Bai Yan Feng shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mikael Vennerström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karen FC reached it. The supporters of Överås BK booed when Karen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bai Yan Feng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ryszard Brak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Vennerström having to interfere. If Douglas Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobias Kellberg in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ma Yong Jun saved Karen FC from getting behind. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Karen FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bengt Hedbom was slow to take the kick. During this time Överås BK's players had a chance to rest. Mikael Vennerström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arvin Svanberg in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Brak came free, but Mikael Vennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ryszard Brak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikael Vennerström was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The audience was convinced that Arvin Svanberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mikael Vennerström was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Arvin Svanberg sped through Överås BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mikael Vennerström. In the 67th minute of the match, Tobias Kellberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ma Yong Jun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 69th match minute, Överås BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Magnusson to maneuver through the defense. Ma Yong Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Kellberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arvin Svanberg in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikael Vennerström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Överås BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arvin Svanberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Karen FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Arvin Svanberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Överås BK's Mikael Vennerström did a great save. Tobias Kellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ma Yong Jun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bai Yan Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karen FC's Oskar Sandell was substituted for Edgar Wästerberg. A collision led to Överås BK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eric Hjälm hit a great ball. Seve Sevens kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Jan Jönsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karen FC made a substitution. Leo Öfverman replaced Seve Sevens. Karen FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
