With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anatoliy Trubin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. San Fantastico 89ers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Han Lei in the 20th minute. Ludwig Hammadouch hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Anatoliy Trubin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Forsberg in the 27th minute of play. After 32 minutes, Svante Clementsson made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. San Fantastico 89ers's Anatoliy Trubin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alberto Abilio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Anatoliy Trubin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Clementsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Han Lei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svante Clementsson in the 43rd minute of play forced San Fantastico 89ers's goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Forsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Doctors of Ophtalmology were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Sven Ekberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Anatoliy Trubin made a huge save. After 71st play minutes Han Lei shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Hannes Blomqvist and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 81st minute Han Lei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Doctors of Ophtalmology's Alberto Abilio got a free kick in the 88th minute. Hannes Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Han Lei in the 94th minute of the match. San Fantastico 89ers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
