Guldsmedshyttan IK's Jonathan Sandberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Guldsmedshyttan IK's attentive Aron Apelqvist managed to snatch the ball when Stig Damm made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. If Charlie Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute, Stefano Lilipaly fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A throw-in in the 31st minute of the game was made by Stig Damm with Viktor Alebom as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Joel Vallengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Lindman, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Guldsmedshyttan IK's Zebastian Lindman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Stig Damm in the 40 minute of the game. 43 minutes into the match, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Zebastian Lindman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Vallengren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, DFP's Stefano Lilipaly got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Aron Apelqvist struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Joel Vallengren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guldsmedshyttan IK. The supporters of DFP booed when Guldsmedshyttan IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aleksander Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Magne Ahlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefano Lilipaly in the 61st minute of play. Guldsmedshyttan IK's Måns Hägglund was substituted for Zebastian Lindman. Aron Apelqvist made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ian Boberg however managed to control. In the 69th minute, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Måns Hägglund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Stefano Lilipaly hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Charlie Bjurström notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Guldsmedshyttan IK's Magne Ahlberg. Magne Ahlberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Georg Forssell missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 92 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Joel Vallengren right hand side. Joel Vallengren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Hägglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. DFP's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
