In the 8th minute Frans Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliott Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Alfons Ahlerot could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Alex Lundkvist however easily saved by the left post. Marcus Nordström made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mårten Kristiansson. Mariannelund's Elliott Berggren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Sabóia in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Meadow Village was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Nordström to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the game Marcus Nordström made a throw-in which Evert Ahlrot played forward. Elliott Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Ahlrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Alfons Ahlerot might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Lundkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Villiam Hylander hit a great ball. Mariannelund's Olof Sundberg was substituted for Dan Hellström. Mariannelund's Gustaf Kjellkvist was substituted for Alfons Ahlerot. In the 48th minute, Villiam Hylander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jarbas Sabóia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elliott Berggren. Mariannelund's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evert Ahlrot made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Gustaf Kjellkvist made a precise shot to the right of Alex Lundkvist. Meadow Village's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Alex Lundkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sören Möllgren's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olof Sundberg in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Lundkvist saved Meadow Village from getting behind. Mariannelund's Elliott Berggren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frans Valrot in the 60th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Mariannelund got a freekick which was hit by Olof Sundberg. Mariannelund made a substitution. Joar Uggstedt replaced Börje Hellström. A collision led to Mariannelund getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Olof Sundberg hit a great ball. Evert Ahlrot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Elliott Berggren made a huge save. Alex Lundkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Axel Backman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Ahlrot who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Elliott Berggren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Evert Ahlrot came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Meadow Village fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Ahlrot couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd match minute, Mariannelund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Oskar Falck to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Evert Ahlrot kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elliott Berggren. That made the score 1-2 in the 95 minute of play. The Mariannelund supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Meadow Village's performance. The match ended with a win for Meadow Village.
