Spectators: 8413 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1900, VIP seats: 169) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evert Ahlrot in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Di Massa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franco Di Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Ahlrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Evert Ahlrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Di Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Meadow Village were awarded a corner. Jarbas Sabóia went to the cornerflag to take it. 22 minutes into the match, Meadow Village's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Ståhlberg came free, but Alex Lundkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franco Di Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, Bergandy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Valrot to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute of the match Jarbas Sabóia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Franco Di Massa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Thor Ståhlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bergandy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Meadow Village's Alex Lundkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Ståhlberg in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Sten Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thor Ståhlberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alex Lundkvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Thor Ståhlberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 41st minute. Franco Di Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Ahlrot in the 44th minute of play. Franco Di Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Ahlrot's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Alex Lundkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thor Ståhlberg went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After 56 played minutes Meadow Village got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Sabóia. Evert Ahlrot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Franco Di Massa made a huge save. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Meadow Village! After some careless play in the Bergandy defense, Frans Valrot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franco Di Massa. The Bergandy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franco Di Massa should have stopped the shot. Jarbas Sabóia scored 3-2 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franco Di Massa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Meadow Village's Kurt Almqvist was substituted for Frans Valrot. After having played for 83 minutes, Jarbas Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meadow Village's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarbas Sabóia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jarbas Sabóia scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franco Di Massa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Koch in the 93rd minute of play forced Meadow Village's goalkeeper Alex Lundkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bergandy's zone, Kurt Almqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Di Massa came out of the goal and Kurt Almqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kurt Almqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
