With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Möllgren in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Bruhn saved Ronnys Lärjungar from getting behind. Edvin Bruhn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Möllgren's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. George Esbjörnsson's late challenge caught a SSC Ambrosini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. George Esbjörnsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Ronnys Lärjungar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Esbjörnsson to maneuver through the defense. Henrik Möllgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin Bruhn having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 15th minute of play forced Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper Edvin Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SSC Ambrosini booed when Ronnys Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell-Arne Skott didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Henrik Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Bruhn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Christer Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aaron Glanselius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kjell-Arne Skott in the 24th minute. Orvar Glanselius hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Henrik Möllgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvin Bruhn. Ronnys Lärjungar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrik Möllgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henrik Möllgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Bruhn having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Henrik Möllgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvin Bruhn was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Ronnys Lärjungar's Edvin Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 42 minutes, Christer Lundin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SSC Ambrosini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christer Lundin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henrik Möllgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half SSC Ambrosini were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tommy Beck made a kick off. Edvin Bruhn didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 51st minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Edvin Bruhn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 57th minute. In the 70th minute, Henrik Möllgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvin Bruhn was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Henrik Möllgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin Bruhn having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Möllgren came free, but Edvin Bruhn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Bruhn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henrik Möllgren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 80 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 85th minute of play forced Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper Edvin Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, SSC Ambrosini's Henrik Möllgren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. After 93 played minutes SSC Ambrosini got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Fribäck. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrik Möllgren in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin Bruhn saved Ronnys Lärjungar from getting behind. The Ronnys Lärjungar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SSC Ambrosini were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
