Nils-Erik Åhlberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honung. Nils-Erik Åhlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angel Lehoi's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Henry Roos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils-Erik Åhlberg having to interfere. In the 28th minute Henry Roos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Åhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Angel Lehoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils-Erik Åhlberg. Runa United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angel Lehoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Nils-Erik Åhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Lehoi in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Henry Roos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Nils-Erik Åhlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the match, Honung's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Rydberg came free, but Aristide Beșliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Brogren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Honung were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Roos to make the kick off. Henry Roos let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 52nd minute shot 0-3 at rihgt post. Nils-Erik Åhlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Roos in the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Roos in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils-Erik Åhlberg saved Runa United from getting behind. The supporters of Runa United booed when Honung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Wennersten didn't get a good kick on the ball.
