Prospero Aztore kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Brede Bonk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Ekelund in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benediktas Kučinskas got free with Cornel Luncaniță in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute Marcelo Munio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brede Bonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Ekelund might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brede Bonk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alf Ekelund ran back to his position shaking his head. Brede Bonk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Ekelund, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Bambas in the 29th minute of play forced Segelbut IF's goalkeeper Cornel Luncaniță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Segelbut IF's goalkeeper Cornel Luncaniță had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulf Finsberg. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alf Ekelund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornel Luncaniță made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Segelbut IF's Cornel Luncaniță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benediktas Kučinskas in the 75th minute of play. Cornel Luncaniță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benediktas Kučinskas in the 76th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Segelbut IF's goal looked a bit too open when Benediktas Kučinskas came free, but Cornel Luncaniță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lukas Bambas scored 3-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornel Luncaniță, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brede Bonk came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Segelbut IF's Alfons Öberg. But to his dismay, Alfons Öberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Munio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brede Bonk was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. 85 minutes into the game, Marcelo Munio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Brede Bonk. Marcelo Munio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. A collision led to AC Perugia Calcio getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Russel Cooney hit a great ball. Brede Bonk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Munio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Segelbut IF were awarded a corner. Christoffer Josefsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Segelbut IF's Zhuang Jian Yi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brede Bonk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. AC Perugia Calcio's Brede Bonk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Younis Abo Al Hasan in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th play minute Zhuang Jian Yi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Brede Bonk. 3-3.
