Spectators: 8406 (Terracing: 6305, Seating: 1933, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jörn Holm kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Anders Andersson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Solskin's Martin Lundgren. Martin Lundgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 6th minute, Svante Gustafsson made a precise shot to the right of Martin Lundgren. Solskin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Martin Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Gustafsson in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Svante Gustafsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oakcroft Thrashers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Martin Lundgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Svante Gustafsson went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Martin Lundgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anders Andersson went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Martin Lundgren came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Oakcroft Thrashers's Jörn Holm. But to his dismay, Jörn Holm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Solskin's goalkeeper Martin Lundgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Solskin defense, Anders Andersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Lundgren. The Solskin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Lundgren should have stopped the shot. After having played for 28 minutes, Jörn Holm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oakcroft Thrashers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörn Holm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Solskin's Martin Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörn Holm in the 30th minute of play. After 31st play minutes Jörn Holm shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Martin Lundgren and just under the crossbar into goal. Martin Lundgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Andersson in the 35th minute of play. Martin Lundgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jörn Holm went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Jörn Holm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Lundgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Solskin defense, Jörn Holm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Lundgren. The Solskin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Lundgren should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerry Fågel made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jerry Fågel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jörn Holm received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Lundgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Jörn Holm slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 56th minute. After 59 played minutes Oakcroft Thrashers got a freekick which was hit by Anders Andersson. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 0-13 when Jörn Holm sped through Solskin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martin Lundgren. In the 67th minute, Jörn Holm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oakcroft Thrashers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. In the 70th minute, Anders Andersson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Martin Lundgren. The goal made the score 0-15. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Svante Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakcroft Thrashers's supporters rose to their feet, but Svante Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Lundgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 played minutes Solskin got a freekick which was hit by Anthon Nykvist. In the 79th minute, Solskin's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anders Andersson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jörn Holm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Lundgren having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Oakcroft Thrashers's Jörn Holm ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Martin Lundgren. Martin Lundgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-16. After a rather tough play, Solskin's Anthon Nykvist got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute, Svante Gustafsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Svante Gustafsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-18 without a chance for Martin Lundgren to make any attempt to save it. Jörn Holm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Martin Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oakcroft Thrashers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
