Egon Röd made in the 2nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dirie FC's Esbjörn Dahlqvist. In the 5th minute, Egon Röd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Brothers of Mercy's Håkan Lindgren in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dirie FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 14 minutes, Håkan Lindgren made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Dirie FC's Sonny Hedlund tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Håkan Lindgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sonny Hedlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Sonny Hedlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Håkan Lindgren in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Dirie FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Lyubcho Berkovski hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Håkan Lindgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brothers of Mercy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 32nd minute Pawel Niedziela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Håkan Lindgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sonny Hedlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Dirie FC's Sonny Hedlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Lindgren in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Håkan Lindgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Sonny Hedlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 狄亦渊 charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 狄亦渊 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 狄亦渊 hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Håkan Lindgren to strike the kick off in the second half. Markus Nyman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konrad Eliasson in the 56th minute. Konrad Eliasson struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Markus Nyman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dirie FC. After some careless play in the Brothers of Mercy defense, 袁风风 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Markus Nyman. The Brothers of Mercy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Markus Nyman should have stopped the shot. Markus Nyman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 袁风风 in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute Dirie FC were awarded a corner. Tom Mellbad went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Dirie FC's Pawel Niedziela to fire away a dangerous shot which Markus Nyman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sonny Hedlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Håkan Lindgren in the 67th minute of play. Brothers of Mercy's Markus Nyman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 袁风风 in the 68th minute of play. Markus Nyman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Niedziela in the 69th minute of the match. Markus Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 袁风风, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Lindgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Sonny Hedlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brothers of Mercy made a substitution. Gabriel Saliba replaced Roger Strömberg. Håkan Lindgren took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sonny Hedlund. Sonny Hedlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 81 minutes into the match, 袁风风 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Markus Nyman, 4-2. 84 minutes into the match, Håkan Lindgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sonny Hedlund. Dirie FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Håkan Lindgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Lindgren in the 92nd minute of play forced Dirie FC's goalkeeper Sonny Hedlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sonny Hedlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håkan Lindgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dirie FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brothers of Mercy.
