Jonas Belkå took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Qi Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goal looked a bit too open when Börje Belkå came free, but Andreas Andersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas Belkå made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The Börna Bulldogs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Andersson should have stopped the shot. Börna Bulldogs's Vilgot Bålström was substituted for Rob Lute.
