Marek Resel was a little too slow when Szymon Pieprz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. If Szymon Pieprz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tolek Drebit's late challenge caught a Poniat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tolek Drebit helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Zagłębie Zlota:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Poniat:s goal. Marek Resel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Szymon Pieprz's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. When Aleksander Daszkowski came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Zagłębie Zlota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksander Daszkowski couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Zagłębie Zlota's zone, Aureliusz Wisniewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Resel came out of the goal and Aureliusz Wisniewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Szymon Pieprz succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 20th playminute. Aureliusz Wisniewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marek Resel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliusz Wisniewski ran back to his position shaking his head. Szymon Pieprz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Resel having to interfere. Zagłębie Zlota's Marek Resel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Pieprz in the 32nd minute of play. Stefan Kostrzewa kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Aureliusz Wisniewski hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Hugon Skrzypiec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szymon Pieprz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Marek Resel made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Szymon Pieprz to strike the kick off in the second half. Poniat's Ceyhun Hepyener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Karwowski in the 58th minute of play. Szymon Pieprz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66thth minute of the game Szymon Pieprz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zagłębie Zlota's Marek Resel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute, Aureliusz Wisniewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poniat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szymon Pieprz in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marek Resel saved Zagłębie Zlota from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Zlota's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Pieprz came free, but Marek Resel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75thth minute of the game Szymon Pieprz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zagłębie Zlota's Marek Resel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Szymon Pieprz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Marek Resel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 86th play minutes Szymon Pieprz shot 8-0, a short shot which went by Marek Resel and just under the crossbar into goal. Aleksander Zgonina might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marek Resel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aleksander Zgonina ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95thth minute of the game Aureliusz Wisniewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zagłębie Zlota's Marek Resel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 97th minute, Szymon Pieprz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marek Resel was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Poniat had played much better football throughout.
