Julian Pyczkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Domeradzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 14 played minutes Stawiska got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Maciejewski. The audience was convinced that Marian Pincoski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaroslaw Harbaszewski was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Mariusz Maciejewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leszek Nowakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The long shot by Emil Trzenzalski in the 27th minute really tested Julian Pyczkowski's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 31 minutes into the game, Eugeniusz Domeradzki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stawiska's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Napadziory the free kick. After a rather tough play, Stawiska's Eugeniusz Domeradzki got a free kick in the 31st minute. Stawiska's Leszek Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Domeradzki got free with Julian Pyczkowski in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute Eugeniusz Domeradzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Pyczkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miromir Cebula struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Jaroslaw Harbaszewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napadziory. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Domeradzki was the one to do the kick off. Jaroslaw Harbaszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
