Ksawerów SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cyprian Solarek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zgrebichy SSA's Marcial Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Brak in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Zgrebichy SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Badanowski came free, but Marcial Quentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyprian Solarek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Marcial Quentin made a huge save. A collision led to Zgrebichy SSA getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Florian Cebula hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Zgrebichy SSA's goalkeeper Marcial Quentin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cyprian Solarek. Marcial Quentin was a little too slow when Edward Badanowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-5. When Florian Cebula came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Zgrebichy SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Cebula couldn't finish the play. Edward Badanowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcial Quentin could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Brak in the 91st minute of play forced Zgrebichy SSA's goalkeeper Marcial Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Zgrebichy SSA's Marcial Quentin got control of the ball when Cyprian Solarek tried to sneak it across the goal line.
