Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pawel Karwowski started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Hornigi's Sebastian Rudy got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Miroslaw Pietrowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Bielecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Rudy in the 7th minute of play forced Brosen SSA's goalkeeper Jurand Brytan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurand Brytan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Rudy in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Piotr Bielecki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Miroslaw Pietrowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, Hornigi's goalkeeper Miroslaw Pietrowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateusz Sebzda. Hornigi's Miroslaw Pietrowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Hornigi from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute Pawel Karwowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Brytan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Brosen SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Rudy came free, but Jurand Brytan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Brosen SSA's Mateusz Sebzda in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piotr Bielecki to make the kick off. Brosen SSA's Tolgahan Erçetin pulled a muscle in his leg after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sebastian Rudy's late challenge caught a Brosen SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Rudy helped the player get up and apologised. Bernard Balonek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brosen SSA's Jurand Brytan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Brosen SSA from getting a goal against them. Jurand Brytan made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Sebastian Rudy sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Brosen SSA defense, Sebastian Rudy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurand Brytan. The Brosen SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurand Brytan should have stopped the shot. Although Brosen SSA had been in control for most of the match, Hornigi still came away with the win.
