The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wiktor Bierfass kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. ZS Klimontów's Milosz Milko managed to work through Nowolesie's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Milosz Milko dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Artur Laskowski's late challenge caught a ZS Klimontów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artur Laskowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of ZS Klimontów booed when Nowolesie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Laskowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 minutes of play, ZS Klimontów's Fryderyk Glembin made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernard Brzakala was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the match, ZS Klimontów's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Rawa came free, but Marian Sebzda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the ZS Klimontów defense, Wiktor Bierfass kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marian Sebzda. The ZS Klimontów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marian Sebzda should have stopped the shot. Fryderyk Glembin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernard Brzakala having to interfere. Sylwester Rawa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marian Sebzda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Wiktor Lisewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nowolesie's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZS Klimontów the free kick. After having played for 47 minutes, Milosz Milko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZS Klimontów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milosz Milko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milosz Milko to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, ZS Klimontów's Milosz Milko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernard Brzakala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Bernard Brzakala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Milko, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. ZS Klimontów's Fryderyk Glembin got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Milosz Milko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boguslaw Petka charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Boguslaw Petka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Boguslaw Petka hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. A collision led to Nowolesie getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Wiktor Bierfass hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nowolesie's zone, Milosz Milko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernard Brzakala came out of the goal and Milosz Milko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Fryderyk Glembin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fryderyk Glembin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milosz Milko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernard Brzakala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milosz Milko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ZS Klimontów had played much better football throughout.
