Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Polanów SA's Wawrzyniec Ciempa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zdzislaw Jajecznica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karol Lamczyk in the 8th minute. Wawrzyniec Ciempa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Jajecznica having to interfere. Boguslaw Harendarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karol Pilarczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Zdzislaw Jajecznica made a huge save. 28 minutes into the match, Wawrzyniec Ciempa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zdzislaw Jajecznica, 1-1. Zdzislaw Jajecznica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartlomiej Turacki in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Ciempa in the 35th minute of play forced Rajbrot's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Jajecznica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdzislaw Jajecznica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karol Pilarczyk in the 37th minute. Zdzislaw Jajecznica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wawrzyniec Ciempa's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. If Wawrzyniec Ciempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute Barnaba Winnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Rostow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Boguslaw Harendarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barnaba Winnicki made a kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Polanów SA's Karol Pilarczyk made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zdzislaw Jajecznica was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Polanów SA getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Jakub Brzonkala hit a great ball. Ryszard Rostow was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Barnaba Winnicki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barnaba Winnicki really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. When Karol Pilarczyk came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Polanów SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karol Pilarczyk couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Ciempa in the 73rd minute of play forced Rajbrot's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Jajecznica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wawrzyniec Ciempa in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Jajecznica saved Rajbrot from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Karol Pilarczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polanów SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Karol Pilarczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zdzislaw Jajecznica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute, Wawrzyniec Ciempa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdzislaw Jajecznica was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Wawrzyniec Ciempa put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Zdzislaw Jajecznica. If Boguslaw Harendarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rajbrot's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
