After having played for 7 minutes, Marcin Fronczak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jurne Chopy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcin Fronczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iwo Skoroda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Zaremba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwo Skoroda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wojciech Zaremba, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Marcin Fronczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Marcin Fronczak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iwo Skoroda was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Iwo Skoroda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Zaremba in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Degutis in the 44th minute of play forced Jurne Chopy's goalkeeper Stefan Chwalkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marcin Fronczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Furlit was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wladyslaw Marajda during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kalenne! Iwo Skoroda went to the wrong direction when Szczepan Piwowarski was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. If Marcin Fronczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes Jurne Chopy got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Fronczak. Herbert Biegun kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Emil Furlit might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Chwalkiewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Furlit ran back to his position shaking his head.
