Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Mateusz Skrzypek started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateusz Skrzypek in the 4th minute of play forced Wrzos Świętochłowice's goalkeeper Gerardo Columbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Wrzos Świętochłowice defense, Gwidon Galaska kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Columbo. The Wrzos Świętochłowice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Columbo should have stopped the shot. Doğaner Sureha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ludomil Wolczewski made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, FC Młynica's goalkeeper Ludomil Wolczewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmund Deput. Roch Cieliczka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ludomil Wolczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Doğaner Sureha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Gerardo Columbo had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping Gwidon Galaska's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When Gwidon Galaska fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Młynica's protests and gave Gwidon Galaska a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wrzos Świętochłowice booed when FC Młynica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Galaska didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doğaner Sureha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ludomil Wolczewski made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
