G2 Squad's Bogdan Kendra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Pinczewski in the 5th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ulryk Brodzki managed to get in a good position for a shot. G2 Squad's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulryk Brodzki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pawel Dziurowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marek Falkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogdan Kendra having to interfere. KS Górnik Konin's Pankracy Grocholski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Radoslaw Zbydniowski, made in the 14th minute of the game. Bogdan Kendra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Falkiewicz in the 16th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Pankracy Grocholski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pawel Dziurowicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulryk Brodzki's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. If Dominik Pinczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cezary Sienkowski fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored G2 Squad's protests and gave Cezary Sienkowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute Marek Falkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kendra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulryk Brodzki did an outstanding performance 30 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-1 to the right of an irritated Pawel Dziurowicz in the goal. When Dominik Pinczewski came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the KS Górnik Konin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Pinczewski couldn't finish the play. G2 Squad's Radoslaw Zbydniowski got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Radoslaw Zbydniowski off the ground. In the 45th match minute, G2 Squad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radoslaw Zbydniowski to maneuver through the defense. Marek Falkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marek Falkiewicz made a kick off. After some careless play in the G2 Squad defense, Marek Falkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Kendra. The G2 Squad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Kendra should have stopped the shot. Cezary Sienkowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. The referee gave KS Górnik Konin a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jacek Bochinski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of G2 Squad's Bogdan Kendra. 3-1. 71 minutes into the match, G2 Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Pinczewski came free, but Bogdan Kendra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Marek Falkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Bogdan Kendra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute Dominik Pinczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kendra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Marek Falkiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the KS Górnik Konin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Falkiewicz couldn't finish the play. The supporters of G2 Squad booed when KS Górnik Konin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szymon Trynda didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Górnik Konin's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
