If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ali Faruk Akbora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Çeliker Tanak's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Çeliker Tanak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, one of CeNDeRe T.K.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CeNDeRe T.K.. The referee gave Hungary a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Antal Valentin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CeNDeRe T.K.'s Ali Faruk Akbora. 0-1. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Recep Čalić sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Recep Čalić in the 23rd minute of the match. CeNDeRe T.K.'s Ali Faruk Akbora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of play. Ali Faruk Akbora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, CeNDeRe T.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Ali Faruk Akbora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CeNDeRe T.K.'s Ali Faruk Akbora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 36th minute of play. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Faruk Akbora having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Ali Faruk Akbora made a huge save. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haluk Akmanoğlu in the 53rd minute of play. Ali Faruk Akbora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 55th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Ali Faruk Akbora in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Ali Faruk Akbora. Ali Faruk Akbora made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muzaffer Ünsaç in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Hegedus Henrik got a free kick in the 69th minute. Muzaffer Ünsaç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauder Fulton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauder Fulton in the 77th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauder Fulton in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 80th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Čalić in the 82nd minute of play. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Muzaffer Ünsaç's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. The supporters of CeNDeRe T.K. booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Major Barna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Muzaffer Ünsaç notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
