After 2 played minutes Runice got a freekick which was hit by Byron Barnes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witomir Lesiecki in the 5th minute of play forced Runice's goalkeeper Izydor Rekowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateusz Jazowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Vrânceanu in the 9th minute of play. Manuel Vrânceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Mateusz Jazowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Jazowski made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Boruc Obuchowicz sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Pankracy Dropinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GKS Szombierki Bytom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 28th minute Gustaw Charamut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Rekowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Izydor Rekowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaw Charamut in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute Hieronim Ewertowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Rekowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Gustaw Charamut cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Izydor Rekowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute Pankracy Dropinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Rekowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Runice's goal looked a bit too open when Hieronim Ewertowski came free, but Izydor Rekowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Byron Barnes kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Hieronim Ewertowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half GKS Szombierki Bytom were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustaw Charamut to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Pankracy Dropinski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Izydor Rekowski. Pankracy Dropinski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Daniel Radzyminski put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Runice:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GKS Szombierki Bytom:s goal. Runice's Izydor Rekowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Runice from getting a goal against them. Izydor Rekowski made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Hieronim Ewertowski sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Vrânceanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Runice's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Hieronim Ewertowski scored to the left of an out of position Izydor Rekowski, making the score, 0-4. Runice's Izydor Rekowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hieronim Ewertowski in the 76th minute of play. Izydor Rekowski was a little too slow when Hieronim Ewertowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-5. Wincent Zacharek hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Byron Barnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Runice's Izydor Rekowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Runice from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as GKS Szombierki Bytom's Pankracy Dropinski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Izydor Rekowski. That made the score 0-6 after 98 minutes of play.
