Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Athletic Bialystok's Witomir Sedzikowski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, 狄平伟 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sylwester Skrzypek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Inter Szczecin booed when Athletic Bialystok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wit Golaszewski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The throw-in from Tadeusz Barna in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Athletic Bialystok's Izydor Walentowicz. The corner ended in Lucjan Jaszcz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Inter Szczecin's Wit Golaszewski did a great save. Wit Golaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Sedzikowski in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Witomir Sedzikowski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Inter Szczecin's Wit Golaszewski. Wit Golaszewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iwo Buda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Skrzypek having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Witomir Sedzikowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athletic Bialystok's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witomir Sedzikowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Radowit Fudalej had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sylwester Skrzypek. Athletic Bialystok's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radowit Fudalej was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Witomir Kanczuszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Przemyslaw Roman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wit Golaszewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Witomir Sedzikowski in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wit Golaszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Witomir Sedzikowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Witomir Sedzikowski struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Wit Golaszewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Athletic Bialystok. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when 狄平伟 made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Inter Szczecin booed when Athletic Bialystok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inter Szczecin made a substitution. Bartlomiej Domeracki replaced Radowit Fudalej. After having played for 70 minutes, Izydor Walentowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wit Golaszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Sedzikowski in the 74th minute of the match. Athletic Bialystok's Sylwester Skrzypek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄平伟 in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Tadeusz Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iwo Buda hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Witomir Sedzikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wit Golaszewski having to interfere. Athletic Bialystok's Witomir Kanczuszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
