Leszek Borcz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Szymon Pietras. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Leszek Borcz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szymon Pietras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Szymon Pietras came out of the goal and Dominik Filipkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ryszard Charamut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Szymon Pietras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dominik Filipkowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonas Hjelm hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Chants of Malonki echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Zełba Gdańsk had held the ball for most of the match.
