But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Adamowicz couldn't finish the play. If Dominik Wielowiejski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominik Wielowiejski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tymoteusz Rzentkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Borys Adamowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the game, Dominik Wielowiejski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tymoteusz Rzentkowski. Dominik Wielowiejski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 28th minute, Dominik Wielowiejski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Radomir Pacholewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Radomir Pacholewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Rudy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Maksymilian Kaczynski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tymoteusz Rzentkowski made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Borys Adamowicz sent off a good shot on target. Tymoteusz Rzentkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Wielowiejski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes of play, KS Sobieszów's Miroslaw Wolnik made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waldemar Rudy was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of KS Sobieszów booed when Jürgen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksymilian Kaczynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Borys Adamowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Dominik Wielowiejski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tymoteusz Rzentkowski. KS Sobieszów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Wielowiejski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Waldemar Rudy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Pacholewski in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of KS Sobieszów booed when Jürgen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Wielowiejski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borys Adamowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tymoteusz Rzentkowski having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Jürgen's goalkeeper Waldemar Rudy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miroslaw Wolnik. Dominik Wielowiejski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Tymoteusz Rzentkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Sobieszów's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Rzentkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miroslaw Wolnik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jürgen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
