Roland Traczewski charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Pawel Dulemba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Victoria Lublin's supporters rose to their feet, but Pawel Dulemba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaw Kuszczak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute, Olgierd Cempa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pawel Dulemba in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaw Kuszczak saved FC Green from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Jaroszewicz in the 24th minute of play forced Victoria Lublin's goalkeeper Daniel Tobaczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, FC Green's goalkeeper Gustaw Kuszczak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Cerocki. In the 32nd minute, Leonard Jaroszewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Igor Cerocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Igor Cerocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gustaw Kuszczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, FC Green's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Dulemba came free, but Gustaw Kuszczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Dulemba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Krzysztof Scislowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Cerocki to make the kick off. FC Green's Leonard Jaroszewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th minute of the match, Leonard Jaroszewicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Daniel Tobaczewski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Victoria Lublin getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Milosz Cymbal hit a great ball. Milosz Cymbal was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaroslaw Niedziela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Tobaczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Jaroszewicz in the 79th minute of the match. Victoria Lublin's Daniel Tobaczewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Victoria Lublin from getting a goal against them. In the 88th play minute Olgierd Cempa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniel Tobaczewski. 0-1. Franciszek Skrzypek charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Igor Cerocki might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Kuszczak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Cerocki ran back to his position shaking his head. Igor Cerocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Igor Cerocki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Igor Cerocki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustaw Kuszczak having to make a save. The Victoria Lublin manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing FC Green to win.
