In the 11th minute Alfred Charlos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Pawelczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Krzysztof Bentkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilda's Krzysztof Pawelczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Bentkowski in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Partizan Belgrad booed when Wilda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Dudkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Wilda defense, Alfred Charlos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Krzysztof Pawelczyk. The Wilda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Krzysztof Pawelczyk should have stopped the shot. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wilda's goalkeeper Krzysztof Pawelczyk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Partizan Belgrad's Krzysztof Bentkowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Krzysztof Pawelczyk. That made the score 0-5 after 58 minutes of play. Partizan Belgrad's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
