Czeslaw Jucha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arttu Tarvajärvi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Bartlomiej Puszynski got a throw-in 37 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Adrian Lewandowski. In the 38th minute, Adrian Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fryderyk Lichniak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. GKS Champions's Fryderyk Lichniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save GKS Champions from getting a goal against them. After 44 played minutes Sebastian Rozanski rounded GKS Champions's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
