KS Siarka Tarnobrzeg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilbert Modliszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andrzej Bugajski during the 45th minute. Remigiusz Czajka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Leon Siekierski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigiusz Czajka got free with Leon Siekierski in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boleslaw Gamza took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leon Siekierski.
