The referee ignored GKS KATOWICE's protests and gave Melquiades Frederik a yellow card for diving instead. Melquiades Frederik hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. GKS KATOWICE's Baltazar Quaresma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Motyl in the 21st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zabiegani Niepokój had played much better football throughout.
