Karl Bauten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Szkarpiak having to interfere. Lukasz Tarasek kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Waldir Gomes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Karl Bauten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Roland Szkarpiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roland Szkarpiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaw Terasek in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Radoslaw Trojanowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Banda Łysych's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GKS 1962 Jastrzębie the free kick. After 19 minutes, Stanislaw Topolski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GKS 1962 Jastrzębie and the Banda Łysych players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stanislaw Topolski kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes GKS 1962 Jastrzębie got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Kaider. Waldir Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Misiorowski in the 33rd minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, GKS 1962 Jastrzębie's goal looked a bit too open when Radoslaw Trojanowski came free, but Waldir Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Stanislaw Topolski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played.

Olaf Czerner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Szkarpiak having to interfere. GKS 1962 Jastrzębie's Waldir Gomes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franciszek Soszka in the 66th minute of play. GKS 1962 Jastrzębie's Karl Bauten got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Banda Łysych's Radoslaw Trojanowski got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Banda Łysych getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Czeslaw Kluska hit a great ball. Waldir Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Czeslaw Kluska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Karl Bauten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Banda Łysych's zone, Olaf Czerner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Szkarpiak came out of the goal and Olaf Czerner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Karl Bauten notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Banda Łysych's Roland Szkarpiak. Roland Szkarpiak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Banda Łysych getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Radoslaw Trojanowski hit a great ball. Cyryl Duszenski hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
