In the 5th match minute, Chojeński Klub Sportowy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Fink to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Zula Leper made a precise shot to the right of Szczepan Trynda. Chojeński Klub Sportowy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute, Bartosz Leper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chojeński Klub Sportowy's Aureliusz Dziechciowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Stal Sanok. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Leper in the 21st minute of play forced Chojeński Klub Sportowy's goalkeeper Szczepan Trynda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Chojeński Klub Sportowy's goal looked a bit too open when Zula Leper came free, but Szczepan Trynda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Szczepan Trynda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Leper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Leper in the 27th minute of play forced Chojeński Klub Sportowy's goalkeeper Szczepan Trynda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dariusz Pilipiec charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dariusz Pilipiec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dariusz Pilipiec kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Juliusz Fink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Stal Sanok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Bielatowicz to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Stal Sanok fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Herbert Zima, was totally fooled by Chojeński Klub Sportowy's Aureliusz Dziechciowski, who 41 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Chojeński Klub Sportowy's Szczepan Trynda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zula Leper in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jurand Penc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Szczepan Trynda made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Zula Leper sent off a good shot on target. Herbert Zima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Lopes in the 59th minute of the match. Zula Leper took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Szczepan Trynda. Szczepan Trynda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Stal Sanok's Walmir Meirelles was substituted for Wojciech Sobania. Szczepan Trynda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zula Leper in the 67th minute. With his leg Szczepan Trynda managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Stal Sanok's Zula Leper fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 1-4 became the score in the 76th minute when Aleksander Czubski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Zula Leper fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szczepan Trynda having to interfere. Dariusz Pilipiec hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Zula Leper's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Szczepan Trynda skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 91 minutes into the match, Chojeński Klub Sportowy's goalkeeper Szczepan Trynda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zula Leper. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Stal Sanok eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
