The referee showed Walery Wawro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Radoslaw Kiszkiel kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Kisielka in the 31st minute of play forced KS Górnik Wałbrzych's goalkeeper Danny Cayol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emrah Kutay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Kiszkiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zula Kisielka made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Gustaw Henryk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Danny Cayol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Bogumil Kojder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danny Cayol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Kisielka in the 57th minute of the match. Gustaw Henryk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Cayol having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Zula Kisielka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danny Cayol was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 67th minute Olaf Biraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrah Kutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
