The audience thought a goal was coming when Leszek Barniszke got free with Marcin Dudkowski in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 15 played minutes Komes Bielsko-Biała got a freekick which was hit by Wit Barciniak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Pahucki in the 20th minute of play forced ŁKS ŁÓDŹ's goalkeeper Julian Karbowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Tomasz Turok notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Komes Bielsko-Biała's Marcin Dudkowski. Marcin Dudkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to ŁKS ŁÓDŹ getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Kryspin Tylenda hit a great ball. Tomasz Turok's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Marcin Dudkowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Witomir Rosiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Boguslaw Pachucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Witomir Rosiewicz was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Witomir Rosiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ŁKS ŁÓDŹ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witomir Rosiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boguslaw Pachucki hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Marcin Dudkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Grabski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Leszek Barniszke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Dudkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ŁKS ŁÓDŹ's Korneliusz Grabski got a free kick in the 88th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Komes Bielsko-Biała's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Tylenda came free, but Marcin Dudkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariusz Pahucki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Karbowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boguslaw Pachucki in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ŁKS ŁÓDŹ had played much better football throughout.
