Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zbyszek Molski took the kick off in the first half of the match. Konstanty Molski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Humberto Curcio made a huge save. After 7 played minutes Sierakowy got a freekick which was hit by Szymon Zima. Jacek Wielgopolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Humberto Curcio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Molski in the 10th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Norbert Ludwa put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Wiktor Dziurowicz. In the 14thth minute of the game Norbert Ludwa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sierakowy's Wiktor Dziurowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Konstanty Molski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Curcio having to interfere. Wiktor Dziurowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Ludwa in the 17th minute of the match. In the 22ndth minute of the game Jacek Wielgopolski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sierakowy's Wiktor Dziurowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. GKS Katowice's Emil Matuch got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto Curcio made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Konstanty Molski sent off a good shot on target. When Sierakowy's Zbyszek Molski in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GKS Katowice's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, GKS Katowice's Humberto Curcio got control of the ball when Konstanty Molski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Humberto Curcio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Witomir Mroczynski in the 37th minute. A collision led to GKS Katowice getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Alfred Matuch hit a great ball. If Konstanty Molski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zbyszek Molski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Humberto Curcio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GKS Katowice's Humberto Curcio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save GKS Katowice from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Wiktor Dziurowicz made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Norbert Ludwa sent off a good shot on target. Norbert Ludwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Napoleon Wos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, GKS Katowice's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Molski came free, but Humberto Curcio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Szymon Zima's late challenge caught a GKS Katowice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szymon Zima helped the player get up and apologised. Szymon Zima kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Zbyszek Molski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Curcio having to interfere. GKS Katowice's Krzysztof Cichocki was substituted for Emil Matuch. Humberto Curcio came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Sierakowy's Zbyszek Molski. But to his dismay, Zbyszek Molski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 83rd minute of the match Artur Skrzypek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wiktor Dziurowicz skillfully saved the ball. Zbyszek Molski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Humberto Curcio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Marian Trzenzalski's late challenge caught a Sierakowy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marian Trzenzalski helped the player get up and apologised. 87 minutes into the match, Sierakowy's goalkeeper Wiktor Dziurowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norbert Ludwa. In the 87th minute, GKS Katowice's Norbert Ludwa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wiktor Dziurowicz. Wiktor Dziurowicz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Stanislaw Nuszkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Zbyszek Molski made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Curcio. GKS Katowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
