Zachariasz Kissel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leszek Marchewka having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Madrid's zone, Zachariasz Kissel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leszek Marchewka came out of the goal and Zachariasz Kissel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zacarias Arotza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leszek Marchewka having to make a save. Leszek Marchewka was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Zachariasz Kissel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zachariasz Kissel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 55th minute Zachariasz Kissel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Marchewka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
