Mateusz Kuszczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Grucza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bartoszyce's zone, Teobald Degutis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Kuszczak came out of the goal and Teobald Degutis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bliszczyce's Fryderyk Wielkopolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Bliszczyce from getting a goal against them. Bartoszyce's Allan Moraes got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Teobald Degutis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Kuszczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Remigiusz Lizewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mateusz Kuszczak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwo Grucza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Degutis in the 37th minute of play forced Bartoszyce's goalkeeper Mateusz Kuszczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Latocha's late challenge caught a Bliszczyce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filip Latocha helped the player get up and apologised. After 39 played minutes Bartoszyce got a freekick which was hit by Filip Latocha. With an all-out effort, Bartoszyce's Fryderyk Wielkopolski threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Allan Moraes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bartoszyce's Witalis Witkowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sebastian Dudzik in the 45 minute of the game. The Bartoszyce fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Bartoszyce's Allan Moraes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After 51 minutes, Remigiusz Lizewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bliszczyce and the Bartoszyce players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute Allan Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Wielkopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartoszyce's Mateusz Kuszczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Lizewski in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Remigiusz Lizewski made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bartoszyce's Mateusz Kuszczak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Teobald Degutis took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateusz Kuszczak. Mateusz Kuszczak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 70 minutes into the match, Bliszczyce's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Moraes came free, but Fryderyk Wielkopolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateusz Kuszczak made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Teobald Degutis sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Teobald Degutis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bartoszyce's Mateusz Kuszczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Lizewski in the 80th minute of play. Teobald Degutis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Mateusz Kuszczak made a huge save. In the 86th minute Remigiusz Lizewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Kuszczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Bartoszyce's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Lizewski came free, but Mateusz Kuszczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateusz Kuszczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Lizewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Bliszczyce supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bliszczyce would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
