In the 5th minute, Pearu Nugis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ryszard Kaczanka kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Franciszek Grunwalski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC SODA TEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barkowice SSA the free kick. When Barkowice SSA's Kostja Buschlinger in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC SODA TEAM's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 14 minutes, Pearu Nugis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barkowice SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pearu Nugis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Barkowice SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Kaczanka came free, but Dominik Marciewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barkowice SSA's Dominik Marciewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Dobrzechowski in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Emil Banan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Marciewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Kornaszewski in the 24th minute of play forced Barkowice SSA's goalkeeper Dominik Marciewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Marciewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Kaczanka in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Florian Dobrzechowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karol Bienienda, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Edmund Wielgopolski hit a great ball. Herbert Modliszewski made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Columbo Casta. Pearu Nugis might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Galagan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pearu Nugis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th match minute, FC SODA TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryszard Kaczanka to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostja Buschlinger got free with Gustaw Galagan in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barkowice SSA's Dominik Marciewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Dobrzechowski in the 40th minute of play. Dominik Marciewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Kaczanka in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Ludvik Obraniak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ryszard Kaczanka to make the kick off. Franciszek Grunwalski kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Ludvik Obraniak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barkowice SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludvik Obraniak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Jurand Ogrodowicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barkowice SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Pearu Nugis struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Gustaw Galagan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barkowice SSA. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostja Buschlinger in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Galagan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Edmund Wielgopolski fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC SODA TEAM's protests and gave Edmund Wielgopolski a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC SODA TEAM! 72 minutes into the game, Ryszard Kaczanka recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dominik Marciewicz. Ryszard Kaczanka showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Kostja Buschlinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gustaw Galagan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC SODA TEAM's Carl Ekegren got a free kick in the 88th minute. Dominik Marciewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franciszek Kornaszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Dominik Marciewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Kaczanka in the 94th minute of play. In the 97th minute Franciszek Kornaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Marciewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
