Wit Pinczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Gwidon Niedzwiecki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wit Pinczewski. Łks Łódź's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gwidon Niedzwiecki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 13 played minutes Achoddenn got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Prokowski. Ali Hamza Mertol was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. Łks Łódź's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 16 minutes, Tobiasz Kasprzykowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Łks Łódź's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobiasz Kasprzykowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 18 minutes, Bartosz Prus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Achoddenn and the Łks Łódź players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 played minutes, Łks Łódź's Antti Bertele shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juliusz Orlicki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Łks Łódź reached it. Łks Łódź's Slawomir Buczak got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Slawomir Buczak off the ground. In the 34th match minute, Łks Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slawomir Buczak to maneuver through the defense. The Achoddenn fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Achoddenn's Gwidon Niedzwiecki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gwidon Niedzwiecki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wit Pinczewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Gwidon Niedzwiecki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Wit Pinczewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Łks Łódź's Wit Pinczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwidon Niedzwiecki in the 56th minute of play. Wit Pinczewski came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Achoddenn's Gwidon Niedzwiecki. But to his dismay, Gwidon Niedzwiecki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Achoddenn's Gwidon Niedzwiecki got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute Gwidon Niedzwiecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wit Pinczewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Pietrasz might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juliusz Orlicki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adam Pietrasz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Achoddenn booed when Łks Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Rzeszutko didn't get a good kick on the ball.
