The supporters of Wariaty Kuchara booed when Pyrlandia Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zdzislaw Kręcina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ludomir Tylinski struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Kazimierz Penc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wariaty Kuchara. Tadeusz Pionek's late challenge caught a Wariaty Kuchara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tadeusz Pionek helped the player get up and apologised. Tadeusz Pionek kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Cyprian Wos hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Roch Gdowik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Penc having to interfere. If Ludomir Tylinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludomir Tylinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Jajecznica in the 31st minute of play forced Wariaty Kuchara's goalkeeper Raul Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Tymoteusz Budrewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Tylinski might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kazimierz Penc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ludomir Tylinski ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the game, Wincenty Rakowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Raul Bastia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Raul Bastia came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Pyrlandia Poznań's Franciszek Jajecznica. But to his dismay, Franciszek Jajecznica quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 42 minutes of play, Pyrlandia Poznań's Tymoteusz Budrewicz made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Bastia was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Pyrlandia Poznań were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Wincenty Rakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Bastia having to interfere. During the 56th minute of the match Tadeusz Pionek completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tadeusz Pionek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Raul Bastia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th match minute, Pyrlandia Poznań was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Kręcina to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pyrlandia Poznań's goalkeeper Kazimierz Penc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kajetan Laskowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kazimierz Penc having to make a save. Tymoteusz Budrewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tymoteusz Budrewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pyrlandia Poznań's Tymoteusz Budrewicz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tymoteusz Budrewicz got free with Raul Bastia in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tymoteusz Budrewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
