In the 6th minute of the match, Lech Huk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bengt Helander saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tytus Awizo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomil Olender having to interfere. Edward Wolniewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Bengt Helander made a huge save. 12 minutes into the match, ATLÉTICO MADRYT's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Korytkowski came free, but Ludomil Olender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lech Huk hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Ludomil Olender took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Korytkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrian Codreanu in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludomil Olender saved ATLÉTICO MADRYT from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Kaszubik in the 18th minute of play forced ATLÉTICO MADRYT's goalkeeper Ludomil Olender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Tymoteusz Kaszubik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludomil Olender. ATLÉTICO MADRYT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tymoteusz Kaszubik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of ATLÉTICO MADRYT booed when Podrusów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Marud didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Edward Wolniewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bengt Helander was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After a rather tough play, Podrusów SSA's Wiktor Korytkowski got a free kick in the 34th minute. Bengt Helander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Setara in the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ATLÉTICO MADRYT's zone, Adrian Codreanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludomil Olender came out of the goal and Adrian Codreanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tytus Awizo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute, Adrian Codreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ATLÉTICO MADRYT players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Podrusów SSA were winning 1-2.

Ludomil Olender was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wiktor Korytkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 52 minute of play. Ludomil Olender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Korytkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Podrusów SSA's Bengt Helander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Huk in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Adrian Codreanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ludomil Olender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Kaszubik in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, ATLÉTICO MADRYT's goalkeeper Ludomil Olender had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrian Codreanu. Thanks to some nice moves Adrian Codreanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Ludomil Olender however easily saved by the left post. 68 minutes into the match, Podrusów SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Setara came free, but Bengt Helander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Pazura during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 70 minutes into the game, one of ATLÉTICO MADRYT:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Podrusów SSA a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zenon Kapera, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ATLÉTICO MADRYT's Ludomil Olender. 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Tytus Awizo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Podrusów SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Tytus Awizo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludomil Olender breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th match minute, ATLÉTICO MADRYT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Prokowski to maneuver through the defense. Podrusów SSA made a substitution. Olaf Zacharczyk replaced Tymoteusz Kaszubik. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Wolniewicz in the 92nd minute of play forced Podrusów SSA's goalkeeper Bengt Helander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, ATLÉTICO MADRYT's Michal Prokowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengt Helander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. After 97 minutes, Olaf Zacharczyk made it 3-6 with a short kick to the right side. ATLÉTICO MADRYT's Ludomil Olender tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
