An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Teofil Dombrowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Hieronim Golec kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernard Fafinski. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Wasyl Lukasik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Pinczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Hieronim Golec in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernard Fafinski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Wasyl Lukasik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Tomaka in the 26th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 53 minutes of play, Unia Tarnów's Hieronim Golec made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernard Fafinski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernard Fafinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tymoteusz Mentis, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Hieronim Golec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hieronim Golec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Unia Tarnów players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
