With an all-out effort, Wisła Kraków's Boruc Tarka threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iwan Lizewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Boruc Tarka came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Wisła Kraków's Emil Haskiewicz. But to his dismay, Emil Haskiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Beniamin Giec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Marian Ankiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ostrynka's Boruc Tarka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Ostrynka from getting a goal against them. Ostrynka's Adam Wasikowski got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wisła Kraków's Wincenty Ratulowski was substituted for Mark Aber. Ostrynka's attentive Ludomir Gejda managed to snatch the ball when Wincenty Ratulowski made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. Adam Wasikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Ankiewicz having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iwan Lizewski was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Emil Milan in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Wisła Kraków's Dominik Mudry. 60 minutes into the match, Ostrynka's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Lizewski came free, but Boruc Tarka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Wasikowski in the 66th minute of play forced Wisła Kraków's goalkeeper Marian Ankiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwan Lizewski scored 7-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boruc Tarka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benedykt Grabski might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boruc Tarka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benedykt Grabski ran back to his position shaking his head. Iwan Lizewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Tarka having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Benedykt Grabski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boruc Tarka. Ostrynka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benedykt Grabski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Boruc Tarka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Lizewski in the 89th minute of play. Boruc Tarka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Haskiewicz in the 92nd minute of the match.
