In the 45th minute, Witalis Dula hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Zachariasz Sierocki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witomir Nocny was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zachariasz Sierocki made a kick off. Bernard Hoffman's late challenge caught a FcBiedaki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
